Adding space, value and comfort to your home.
ADU services

Design
Starting with your concept, we build a foundation for your ADU with a CAD drawing of your new space. Specifications are noted and the design brings to paper the incorporation of your new living space.

Build
Plans are approved and we begin with the foundation. At this stage you can begin to see the actual square footage you have added to your home. Each stage incorporating a specialized trade to complete your build.

Detailed Finish
All of your homes elements have been brought together to transition from the concept of an addition to one cohesive design of a home.
Our ADU Process
1. Meeting Preparation
Having a general idea of the space your’e looking for guides us through this first step as we will access your current space as well as your property scope.
2. CAD & Plan
Taking into consideration our meeting, we design a CAD of your layout and initial specifications. A rendering will follow detailing your layout and allowing for you to visually realize the space.
3. Approvals & Permits
You have approved the design. We now move to pull initial permits, secure the necessary professionals, and begin scheduling the start of the project.
Project Management
Throughout the process, Ray Holman, our founder and lead, manages the entire process. Overseeing every step from start to finish. Personally communicating with our client and updating as we move along.
4. Work Commences
Excavating, framing, roofing, and the interior structural work begins. The ADU has taken its place as a part of your home and the investment becomes tangible.
5. Finishing Touches
Painting is done, trim is installed, cabinet hardware is secured, and your new space is left broom cleaned for your walk through. Punch list is addressed, and you’re ready to move in!

As an added service to our HDC clients we have asked our valued partner in Real Estate to provide complimentary market analysis to our clients considering an ADU, remodel or addition. This asset allows for you to truly evaluate your homes value before and after a remodel, addition, or ADU. It’s an ROI on your project before you even start!
