Meet Our Founder
Ray Holman, President
Ray has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and brings hands-on experience to every project. As a New Hampshire native, he understands the character of New England homes and how to blend that with the needs and style of each client.
From the initial design meeting through the final stages of construction, Ray stays involved throughout the entire process. Whether it’s a renovation, addition, or new home, his focus is always on quality workmanship, communication, and making sure the finished space works for the people who live there.
Ray has a natural ability to see the potential in a space and help clients turn their ideas into a practical plan. He works closely with the HDC team to keep projects moving and make sure details are handled carefully from start to finish.
As a family man, Ray understands that a home is more than just a project. He values building strong relationships with clients, being available when questions come up, and providing the level of service he would want for his own family.
